From the Greek kaleō — to call, to summon, to welcome in. It is the oldest idea in hospitality: someone sets a table, and calls you to it. We believe food brings people together, and we build the rooms where that happens.

We are a local franchise operator: we run these restaurants in Houma and Thibodaux. We are not the franchisor, and we don't sell franchises.
We operate Chicken Salad Chick in Houma and Thibodaux. Chicken Salad Chick serves a menu of made-from-scratch chicken salad flavors, fresh sides, soups, and sandwiches — all delivered with genuine Southern hospitality. Menus live on chickensaladchick.com.
