Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Thibodaux is at 810 N. Canal Blvd, Thibodaux, LA 70301. It's open Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 AM to 10 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 10:30 AM to 11 PM, and it has a drive-thru.
Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Houma opens in early November 2026, at 1769 Martin Luther King Blvd, Houma, LA 70360. At Freddy's, every steakburger is cooked to order. The patty is seasoned with Freddy's own blend, pressed thin, and seared on a flat-top grill, so it comes out with crispy edges and a juicy middle. Freddy's explains more in Steakburgers vs. Hamburgers.

A concrete is thick frozen custard with mix-ins blended right in. It's thick enough that you eat it with a spoon. If you're building your own, Freddy's suggests starting with just a few mix-ins.
A shake is thinner: it's made with milk until it's smooth and sippable, and you drink it with a straw. A concrete is thicker, and you eat it with a spoon.

Order at the counter, go through the drive-thru, or order ahead. Freddy's Thibodaux has a drive-thru, and Freddy's Houma will too.
To order ahead, use the Freddy's App or freddys.com. For carry-out orders, Freddy's says you don't need to check in: walk in and pick up your order from the Mobile Order Station.
